Shipping and Return Policy
All on-line orders for the 48 contiguous states will ship via Fed Ex Ground. We reserve the right to ship via other services such as UPS Ground or Priority Mail whenever necessary. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and international buyers --- please contact us with you’re a shipping quote for your order:

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. We have a handling time of up to 2 business days after your payment clears. Normal delivery time is between 2-9 days in the US lower 48 states.
Note to international buyers: Your package may be subject to your country’s customs duties and taxes. You will responsible for such charges. Furthermore, please check your country’s import restrictions on jewelry before purchasing on-line.
We accept returns from our on-line store within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges, unless the item being returned was a result of our error or a manufacturer’s defect. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. Please contact us before returning your order for return approval.
ITEM CONDITION FOR RETURN
The merchandise being returned must be in the same condition that it was sent, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging. Original packaging includes original paperwork such as the warranties, original tags, company certificates, box, etc. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect and verify its condition. If the merchandise is not in new condition or missing its tags and packaging, it will be returned to the purchaser.
Please do not wear the watch unless you intend to keep it. Any wear may result in minute damages which may prevent us from reselling the watch.
NOTE: Custom designs and personalized (engraved) items are not returnable.
